Hydrogen Technology

EDM number 736 in 2004-05, proposed by Mike Weir on 21/02/2005.

That this House is concerned at reports that the Department of Trade and Industry is to reject investment in hydrogen power and fuel cell technology; believes that such technology could provide substantial environmental and employment prospects for rural areas of Scotland; and calls upon the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry to refute these reports and state what investment the UK Government proposes in these technologies.

This motion has been signed by a total of 46 MPs.
