That this House notes with great regret the failure of Mr Ian Rapley of Fairhold Homes of Upper Grove Street, London to respond to concerns of residents of Mayhall Court, Maghull, concerning high costs of service charges; further notes that Mr Rapley has failed even to acknowledge receipt of letters and representations from residents and the honourable Member for Knowsley North and Sefton East; and calls on the directors of Fairhold Homes to engage in constructive discussions with residents to look at ways in which cost savings can be secured in order to reduce service charges to residents.
