Road Humps In Warsop
EDM number 576 in 2004-05, proposed by John Mann on 24/01/2005.
That this House notes the response to a survey on road humps held in Warsop in Bassetlaw which found that 73 per cent. support traffic calming measures but not the excessive use of road humps; believes that specific road safety measures need to be effective and acceptable to the local community and the emergency services; and further believes that concrete road humps fail on all three counts.
This motion has been signed by a total of 8 MPs.
