University Tuition Fees In Northern Ireland

That this House notes that the Government was defeated in the Northern Ireland Standing Committee on 20th January on the issue of top-up university tuition fees in Northern Ireland; further notes that all political parties in Northern Ireland oppose such fees; and calls upon the Government to abandon its current policy.
