That this House warmly congratulates LDV, its staff and its management on the culmination of its visionary five year, ú500 million investment programme to create a world-class, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Birmingham; congratulates the Department of Trade and Industry for its substantial support for LDV's excellence and enterprise; welcomes the 200 jobs already created by LDV with the prospect of more to come; and extends its very best wishes for the success of LDV's class-leading, world-beating, light commercial vehicle in the months and years to come.
