That this House notes the prominent role played by Scots in the global community, especially in their work in international development and seeking peaceful solutions to conflict across the globe; further notes that many countries have sought to learn from Scotland's experiences of seeking peaceful constitutional change; and calls for the establishment of a European Centre for Peace and Reconciliation in Scotland.
