EDM number 296 in 2004-05, proposed by Gregory Campbell on 06/12/2004.

That this House notes the excellent work carried out for many years by the various branches of the Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) in Northern Ireland; commends the staff for their diligence and efforts in assisting the tens of thousands of people who are adversely affected by issues such as consumer law, social housing, rent arrears and debt; and expresses the hope that ongoing funding will be forthcoming to ensure that the range of services offered by the CAB will be able to continue to expand, with trained staff to deal with the complexities of these issues.
