Work Of The Assets Recovery Agency In N.i.
EDM number 848 in 2003-04, proposed by Gregory Campbell on 16/03/2004.
That this House recognises the good work carried out by the Assets Recovery Agency aimed at attacking the profiteering and racketeering that continues within Loyalist terrorist organisations in Northern Ireland; and calls upon the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland in his discussions with the agency to demand that the same vigour and resolve is deployed when dealing with Republican organisations including the Provisional IRA.
