That this House congratulates S4C on enriching the cultural life of Wales, and the United Kingdom as a whole; recognises that modern-day viewers expect high production standards; acknowledges that S4C achieves these standards and at the same time has successfully invested in digital transmissions; and calls upon the Government to recognise these factors in setting a fair funding formula for the channel.
