EDM number 680 in 2003-04, proposed by Harry Cohen on 25/02/2004.
That this House welcomes the news that three Vietnamese suffering from the effects of Agent Orange, sprayed on their country by American forces, have taken out a lawsuit against the manufacturers seeking damages; notes that President Clinton, in May 1996, admitted to the 'suffering our nation unintentionally caused its own sons and daughters by exposing them to Agent Orange'; and looks forward to a successful outcome of this important court case for the over two million Vietnamese 'sons and daughters' affected by Agent Orange.
