That this House urges the Department for Constitutional Affairs to include a thorough review of the remnants of feudalism in land law in England and Wales in the new programme of work for the Law Commission to prevent the repetition of the extortion of large sums of money from home owners that occurred in the villages of Peterstone and Wentloog, Alstonefield and Newton Common.
