Committee To Review Intelligence On Weapons Of Mass Destruction

That this House, concerned at the lack of confidence in the Franks Inquiry, its methods, report, thoroughness, displayed by the Foreign Secretary during the debate on Iraq on 22nd October 2003, Official Report, column 682, and mindful that the committee to review intelligence on weapons of mass destruction will follow the precedent in terms of procedures of that Franks Committee, calls upon the Prime Minister to review both remit and procedures of the newly formed committee to ensure it has the confidence of this House and the country.
