Line 1, delete from 'House' to end and insert 'notes the conclusions of the research into the effect of safety cameras in the six pilot areas published by the Department for Transport; welcomes the significant reduction in casualties identified in the research, leading to 280 fewer deaths and serious injuries in the relevant areas; and urges the government to maintain its commitment to the use of cameras as a key element of speed management.'
