Line 5, at end add, 'with a view to enhancing, in particular, the future of Australia's indigenous population who have suffered so much throughout Australian history, many of whom experienced the very traumatic ramifications of the 'stolen generation' and who have had so little to celebrate on Australia Day, being as it is the anniversary of white settlement.'
