That this House recognises that tenants in the private rented sector need greater protection from poor housing conditions through legislation; and calls for the inclusion of a broader definition of Houses in Multiple Occupation in the Housing Bill to include domiciles of four people or more in two storeys or more, in order to extend protection to thousands of people currently excluded from the Bill.
