That this House congratulates Hitachi Metal Europe on the opening of the first new foundry in Britain for five years; welcomes its location in Tipton; regards this as a recognition of the skills of Black Country workers; believes this demonstrates that high value added cast metal manufacture has a future in Britain; and wishes Hercunite Foundry Technology Ltd every success with its production of high quality, environmentally efficient turbo castings for the motor industry.
