Porton Down Veterans And Ronald Maddison

EDM number 1928 in 2003-04, proposed by John Pugh on 16/11/2004.

That this House believes that, in view of the verdict on the death of Ronald Maddison compensation to victims of unlawful experiments conducted at Porton Down on service personnel is overdue; believes that the trust and health of serving soldiers should never again be so abused; and calls upon the Ministry of Defence to enter into immediate negotiations on compensation with Porton Down veterans, avoiding any further legal evasions.

This motion has been signed by a total of 8 MPs.
