That this House is aware that Truiku Tenzin Delek Rinpoche, a Tibetan monk and highly respected holyman in his country, is currently incarcerated in a Chinese prison awaiting execution for a crime he and others claim he did not commit; is aware that so far authorities have been unable to provide any information or the evidence which was used to convict him; and calls upon Her Majesty's Government urgently to press the Chinese Government to repeal this death sentence.
