Remembrance Day In Wales
EDM number 1892 in 2003-04, proposed by Simon Thomas on 09/11/2004.
That this House records its continuing gratitude to those service men and women and civilians from Wales who gave their lives during the last century; thanks those who continue to risk their lives for peacekeeping and security today; supports strongly the work of the British Legion in assisting ex-service men and women and those damaged by conflict; welcomes the establishment of a national remembrance service in Wales; and believes it is now appropriate to support a Welsh poppy to increase fundraising in Wales.
This motion has been signed by a total of 10 MPs.
