Habitual Residence Test And The British Indian Ocean Territories

That this House calls for the suspension of the habitual residence test for British Indian Ocean Territory residents; notes that the orders in Council of 10th June denies their right of return to the islands; and believes that they deserve to be decently treated by the UK if they exercise their right to travel to this country.
