That this House welcomes the partnership between Lancaster City Council, North West Development Agency, English Partnerships and the private sector which is set to deliver a ú31 million regeneration of one of the most polluted sites in Northern England, providing housing, jobs and opportunities for people across Lancaster district and a flagship development, which the city has needed for decades.
