That this House congratulates the players, coach, directors, staff, supporters and everyone connected with Leigh Centurions Rugby League Club on clinching the National League One Minor Premiership; wishes them the best of luck in the forthcoming play-off games; calls on the Rugby Football League (RFL) and Super League to ensure that the eventual winners of the National League One Grand Final gain their hard-earned and rightful place in the Super League; and further calls on the RFL to safeguard the health of the game in its heartlands by introducing a competitive system of promotion and relegation, with automatic promotion for the league winners.
