Chief Scouts George Purdy And Peter Duncan

That this House places on record its appreciation to Mr W. George Purdy for his role as Chief Scout of the United Kingdom for the past eight years; welcomes his successor, Mr Peter Duncan, who took over on 5th September; and wishes the new Chief Scout a successful period in office which will include the Scouts Movement's centenary celebrations in 2007.
