Line 2, leave out from 'fishery' to end and add 'further notes that the request to the European Commission that it introduce emergency measures to close the fishery while more permanent measures are developed would not have been necessary if the UK were not a member of the Common Fisheries Policy; and urges Her Majesty's Government to commence negotiations to withdraw from the Common Fisheries Policy.'
