Conduct Of The First Secretary Of The National Assembly For Wales

That this House notes with concern that the First Minister of the Welsh Assembly Government, Rhodri Morgan, failed to meet Her Majesty The Queen at the Royal Welsh Show centenary due to his tardiness; believes this to be an insult to both the show and Her Majesty; further notes that this omission follows his failure to attend the 60th anniversary of the D Day landings; and hopes that the First Minister returns from his summer break with a great deal more vigour to tackle both his personal misjudgements and the governance of Wales.
