International Aid To Kenya
EDM number 1524 in 2003-04, proposed by Gregory Campbell on 15/07/2004.
That this House notes the reported comments of the British High Commissioner to Kenya regarding the prevalence of corruption in that country; and, recognizing the scale of the problems in that country, calls upon HM Government to ensure that essential aid currently being offered to Kenya reaches its citizens, given the scale of underlying poverty throughout the nation.
