That this House welcomes an congratulates London South Bank University's Leap Learning Festival Initiative, a new and innovative series of interactive workshops designed to give young people in the local community first-hand experience of some of the most exciting opportunities for learning and careers around the South Bank; and believes that the Festival is an inspiring way of encouraging wider participation in higher education and raises aspirations for learning within traditionally disadvantaged local communities.
