ALTRAM AND RESIDENTS' COMPENSATION

That this House expresses its concern over the ongoing conduct of Altram LRT Ltd in delaying compensation to residents in the West Midlands affected by the construction of the Centro Metro network; furthermore notes that this issue could become time expired if the protracted negotiations between Altram and Midland Metro are not completed soon; and calls upon the company to honour its obligations to the West Midlands residents affected by the Midlands Metro network.
