Justice For The Bereaved Families Of The Potters Bar Crash

That this House believes that the families bereaved by the Potters Bar rail crash deserve proper compensation for the loss of their loved ones; notes that the sums thus far offered by Network Rail and Jarvis to five of the seven families are a small fraction of the sums which were reported as being offered by them in 2002; and calls upon Network Rail and Jarvis to recognise the value of the lives lost and the trauma suffered by the bereaved families.
