Dumb Foreigners Programme

That this House notes with distaste the Visual Voodoo production, Dumb Foreigners, broadcast on ITN on Saturday night; is disappointed in the petty jingoism and and predictable stereotyping indulged by this programme; is totally surprised to find that Scotland was included as one of these foreign nations implied as dumb when the St Andrew's flag was displayed in the opening title; believes that as yet Scotland is not foreign and certainly not dumb; and demands an apology from Visual Voodoo productions for the insult aimed not just at Scotland but all the other nations misrepresented in this programme.
