Line 17, at end, add 'and regrets Conservative legislation, Section 46, Education No. 2 Act 1986 and Section 28, Local Government Act 1988 which had the effect of deterring teachers from answering young people's questions or providing a full education about sex, sexually transmitted diseases contraception and sexuality for the previous generation.
