That this House notes the significant achievement of Mr David Dombey in winning the Public Finance's Public Servant of the Year award 2004, non-executive category, as a champion of the people; acknowledges his vision and driving force to establish Sutton Seniors Forum in 1996, and his constant hard work behind its growth to an important lobbying group for older people's rights with a membership of 4,000; and applauds his tireless campaigning for the rights of the elderly in the borough and across London.
