Line 7, at end add ', but believes people should also be aware of the RNIB's plans to close and sell off the world renowned RNIB Manor House rehabilitation facility in Torbay that support people before they are able to take on employment training which will result in the RNIB concentrating on securing Government employment training contracts leaving some blind and visually impaired people with no one to turn to.'
