Cypriot Settlement

EDM number 1176 in 2003-04, proposed by Bob Spink on 12/05/2004.

That this House accepts that the Greek Cypriots did not vote in the referendum to reject the solution of the Cyprus problem, but to reject a particular plan that was inconsistent with UN resolutions and justice for both communities; and calls on the Government to seek an improved plan that can command the support of both communities and lead to early reunification.
