On-The-run Prisoners In Northern Ireland
EDM number 882 in 2002-03, proposed by Gregory Campbell on 12/03/2003.
That this House opposes any further moves to legitimise terrorists such as those known as OTR's (on the runs); and demands that, because the present precarious state of the Peace Process in Northern Ireland, caused by, among other issues, the early release of terrorist prisoners, Her Majesty's Government immediately publicise the content of the package outlined at Hillsborough upon which they declared there was a 'shared understanding'.
This motion has been signed by a total of 10 MPs.
