Rehabilitation Of Offenders

That this House calls upon Her Majesty's Government to amend Clause 126 of the Criminal Justice Bill so that the reform and rehabilitation of offenders is a separate and distinct purpose of sentencing, alongside punishment, crime reduction, protection of the public and reparation.
