That this House regrets that neither the Home Secretary nor any other minister in the Home Office is available for an early meeting with the Right honourable Member for Sleaford and North Hykeham so as to discuss with the Home Office plans to use Caythorpe Court as an emergency centre for asylum seekers; and regards this failure by Home Office ministers as a breach of convention and practice.
