Historic Property Rights

That this House notes the claim for compensation for historic property rights by hereditary peers; proposes that for consistency of approach retrials for all property thefts and associated misdemeanours committed by the ancestors of hereditary peers should be introduced; and further notes that special emphasis should be placed on events in the reign of Henry VIII.
