Political Fund Ballots

EDM number 485 in 2002-03, proposed by John Mann on 09/01/2003.

That this House notes that the forthcoming political fund ballots will be the third time that union members have had to ballot to maintain their political funds; acknowledges the concept of 'three strikes and you're out', and calls for legislation to ensure that no union that has balloted three times with a positive vote need re-ballot in the future.
