Kevan Sloan

EDM number 283 in 2002-03, proposed by George Howarth on 04/12/2002.

That this House expresses grave concern that Kevan Sloan has now served over 18 months of a two and half year sentence in Tenerife as a result of seriously flawed legal proceedings; and calls on the Prime Minister to draw Kevan's case to the attention of his Spanish opposite number with a view to securing his early release.

This motion has been signed by a total of 17 MPs.
