Line 4, after 'industries' insert 'further notes that Liberal Democrats' Parliamentary candidate in Ceredigion opposed wind farm development and that Liberal Democrat AM Peter Black has opposed an offshore wind farm development at Porthcawl supported by over two thirds of local people in opinion polls; further condemns those activities as also being bad for jobs and bad for the environment.'
