Shadow Ministerial Code Of Conduct
EDM number 1908 in 2002-03, proposed by Kevin Brennan on 11/11/2003.
That this House notes the additional responsibilities of front bench Opposition spokespersons, and the potential for perceived conflicts of interest; and therefore calls upon the Select Committee on Modernisation of the House of Commons to develop a shadow ministerial code of conduct to deal with such matters.
