Northern Ireland Veterans Association
EDM number 1840 in 2002-03, proposed by Edward O'Hara on 29/10/2003.
That this House welcomes the foundation of the Northern Ireland Veterans Association; and notes its aims to become the first recognised association representing veterans of service in Northern Ireland, to provide advice, support and assistance to its members, to bring together members of the services who saw service in Northern Ireland, to become a focal point for veterans who are suffering owing to their service in Northern Ireland and to assist other associations in the achievement of their aims; and wishes it success in the pursuit of these aims.
