Coverage Of Parliamentary Proceedings By The Daily Telegraph

EDM number 1785 in 2002-03, proposed by Hugo Swire on 21/10/2003.

That this House notes with regret the decision by Mr Martin Newland, new Editor of The Daily Telegraph, to dispense with that paper's daily parliamentary page; and urges him to reinstate both the page and their respected correspondent Mr Michael Kallenbach with immediate effect.

This motion has been signed by a total of 49 MPs.
