That this House commends English Partnerships for their constructive approach to the regeneration of Luneside East, Lancaster; welcomes the renewed partnership between Lancaster City Council, North West Development Agency, E.P and The Princes Trust; and looks forward to the involvement of a first class private developer and the creation of an outstanding employment and housing opportunity on the historic riverside of the city at the heart of the North West.
