Line 1, leave out from 'House' to end and add 'welcomes the statement by the Chancellor of the Exchequer on 9th June which strengthened the Government's commitment to and support for joining the euro and showing the real benefits to Britain of membership of the single currency; deplores the dogmatic Conservative policy of staying out of the euro regardless of the national interest; and believes that full and active membership of the European Union supported by a euro referendum bill is central to Labour's goals of stability, growth and full employment.'
