Terrorism In Mumbai

EDM number 1660 in 2002-03, proposed by Stephen Pound on 09/09/2003.

That this House unreservedly condemns the vicious and cowardly attack that caused the indiscriminate slaughter of 52 civilians, and severe injury of 161 others, in Mumbai on 28th August; whilst expressing its sincere sympathy and condolences to the families of the dead and injured; regrets that the infrastructure of terrorism in the region has not been dismantled; welcomes the swift return of normality, financial and industrial activity to India's commercial capital; and looks to the day when as unthreatened India can flourish in peace.

This motion has been signed by a total of 71 MPs.
