Line 2, after society to leave out till end and add 'as experienced through the freedom to peacefully assemble and the freedom to speak out without inciting illegal actions; but believes that the continuing protests being conducted in Parliament Square are a disturbing harrassing of many of the staff of the Commons, especially police who have to put up with an unacceptable degree of loud hailer noise and sloganising; and suggests that the protestors should use more interesting, attractive and innovative techniques to spread their message.
