That this House congratulates the shareholders of GlaxoSmithKline in voting to oppose the group's controversial pay policy for senior executives; condemns individual pay packages reported as high as ú33 million regardless of performance, success or failure; notes that this is the first time United Kingdom investors have rejected such measures; and calls upon company directors to consult and involve shareholders in such important decisions especially those involving high levels of director's pay and remuneration.
