Line 11, at end, add 'calls on Halifax's holding company HBOS, to enter the spirit of this anniversary by becoming the first high street bank in the UK to disclose publicly the total sum of money they currently hold residing in unclaimed or dormant accounts; further calls on HBOS to follow the example of the Charity Bank in joining the Unclaimed Assets Register and in doing so pledge to take seriously their responsibility in locating the rightful owners of unclaimed and dormant money with customers past and present.'
